Course dates for 2024
Sunday 4th August — Saturday 10th August 2024
Registration will take place from 11.30am on Sunday 6th August with the Course starting promptly at 2pm.
The end of Course Chamber Concerts to which all parents, relatives & friends are cordially invited will take place on Saturday morning 10.15am (parents please do not enter the hall before 10.15am) and the Final Concert will begin at 2pm followed by Tea.
Final Information for students will be emailed to students mid-July. Do please contact Paresha if you do not receive it (and do please check your spam box!)

Assessments 9th June 2024
Assessments for the purpose of placement within quartets will take place in London on 9th June 2024 from 9.15am to 1pm in a workshop type atmosphere. This is only for those students attending NCMC for the first time.
Where attendance in person is not possible, two contrasting excerpts by online video will be accepted. All videos to be received by 3rd June. Assessments are for the purposes of allocation of students to quartet groups.
Fees
Bursaries and the Spoff Scholarship Fund
There are a limited number of busaries available for students of limited means who otherwise
would not be able to attend NCMC. We are grateful in particular to the Spoff Scholarship Fund
for its generosity in making funds available to enable a number of young players each year
to participate in the course. If you would like to apply for a bursary, please contact Paresha.
The fee for 2024 is £750 all inclusive. Please make your deposit payment with your application.
Cancellation policy: please note that because there are no more than 70 places available, it is possible that the course may be oversubscribed. Refunds therefore can be offered only if a cancellation is received by 31st May.
£50 reduction in the fee for siblings and those introducing a friend who is new to the course.
